I’ve added my favourite shortcake recipe on my site… as promised!

It is a summer-time staple in our house … love it!  I would love to see and hear how you top yours … the sky’s the limit!

Spring break is a great time to pack up and travel.  A break from the cool weather, a chance to visit loved ones, or simply … a few days break.  However, traveling can also create anxiety for those with food allergies.

I found these toaster bags this week and am excited to pass on the tip.  I found them on Amazon (approximately $6 for a set of two).  They are reusable up to 50 times, washable and dishwasher safe.  Simply slip your gluten free bread or bagel into the bag and then into the toaster.  No cross contamination worries!  I love it.  I will definitely be ordering some before our next trip!
