SIMPLY … My Menu

All my products are made using ingredients that are gluten free.  I am careful to source flours, baking powders, vanilla and other key ingredients from companies that have certified gluten free status.  Gluten free certification of the final products is something that I am in process of obtaining.  Additionally, many products can be made corn, nut, grain, dairy and egg free.  There are no preservatives, processed sugar or additives.  Many products include the added benefits of flaxmeal, chia seeds and hemp hearts (see my research page for links discussing the many health benefits).


Cupcakes & Muffins:

$3 each or a dozen for $35

Chocolate (with avocado)

Banana

Blueberry or Blueberry Lemon

Carrot Cake

Pumpkin Spice

Chocolate Red Velvet (with beets)


 Cookies and Bars:

half dozen $8 or full dozen $15

Krispie Rice Squares (with yellow squash and dark chocolate)

Brownies (with Zucchini)

Banana Chocolate Chip

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal (with option of hemp hearts)

Nut Free Peanut Butter

Oatmeal Fruit Bars (Raspberry, Blueberry, Apple)


Cakes:

price dependent on size and amount of customization*

Cheesecake (turtle, macaroon, new york or fruit topped)

Chocolate

Vanilla

Carrot

Cakes are $3 per serving:

6″ yields 6-8 servings ($35)

9″ yields 20-21 ($60)

9×13 yields 30 ($90)

9″ cheesecake $30

*Customized birthday cakes, i.e. themes for children, etc, start at $65 and are dependent on complexity and size. A safe estimation of price would be $3 per serving required.


Frosting options for Cakes and Cupcakes:

Butter cream (vanilla or chocolate)
Cream Cheese
Dairy, Soy Free Butter cream (vanilla or chocolate)

    1. Hi Jess, I have made gingerbread that meets those criteria, but I haven’t made a kit … I woukd be open to trying! Let me know what size you were thinking and an approximate timeline for having it ready please. Thanks for contacting me! I look forward to speaking with you further.
