Who is partnering in this Conference vision?

Funding and leadership for New Faith Communities is coming from a number of sources. Partners include:
  • New Church Development Committee – Training and grants are funded through the apportioned budget, the “Pass It On” endowment fund, Ministry Jubilee, and other designated funds.
  • District Boards of Missions and Church Extension, including the United Methodist Union of the Detroit Renaissance District (www.umunion.org)
  • Local churches and individuals who give annually to Ministry Jubilee for new church starts
  • Local churches who sponsor or support new faith communities
