New Beginnings is a program offered by our conference Board of Ordained Ministry designed to assist in making smooth and effective transitions for churches receiving a new pastor, and pastors receiving a new appointment, by encouraging healthy relationships and practices at the time of transition. The New Beginnings program has the full support of the Cabinet and the Conference Staff.
